Strength (Personal Training): Customized one on one programs designed for your needs and requirements or you can do a group session with small class sizes allowing great coach to athlete interaction.

You will receive planned workouts that have been designed with individualized training, intensity and volume to maximize your goals while decreasing the risk of injury. You will learn the proper technique of movements and we will make sure you are moving functionally before proceeding onto the next level.

Price :  Groups up to 4 $120/hr
